Tutoring Rates
PreK-12, Adult Education & College Test Prep

Listed below are tutoring rates per hour per student. An additional mileage fee may apply. Sessions can be any duration and frequency desired, depending on student's unique needs.

Prepay and save! See prepay package options below. You may pay by check, or by PayPal to StarTutoringService@yahoo.com. Your prepayment reserves the tutor's time for your selected number of tutoring hours.

Sessions are rescheduled as tutor's schedule permits. If a group member must miss a session, rescheduling is permitted only as a group; the original group rate remains in effect. [Applies to non-college test prep only.]

Individual Student Rates

Pre-paid package rates
30-hour package --> $45/hr ($1350)
20-hour package --> $50/hr ($1000)
10-hour package --> $55/hr ($550)
Pay-as-you-go --> $60/hr

"Standard" College Test Prep (ACT, SAT, GED) & college courses
10-hour (4-session) package --> $65/hr ($650 plus materials fee)
Group Rates
"Bring-a-Buddy" College Test Prep (ACT, SAT, GED) & college courses
Up to $100 rebate per student following completion of 2-person "Standard" ACT tutoring program

"Economy Buster" College Test Prep (ACT, SAT, GED) & college courses
8-hour (4-session) package --> $25/hr per student, 4-student minimum ($200 plus materials fee)
